Hi I'm Mark Townsend. I live in beautiful, historic Oamaru and I work from home in

a  purpose built commercial kitchen, grow a range of edibles in our garden for the business,

and source everything else as local, single origin and spray free as I can get it.

 Over many years in the food business I have developed a unique set of skills that I am happy to share with my customers and clients. With an international background as a restaurant chef, fine dining chef, banqueting chef, catering business owner, market trader, operations manager and a qualification in small business management, I have practical experience based solutions

and advice for your wedding, event, catering or business challenge.

My business philosophy is to under promise, over-deliver and keep it simple.

I believe good business is built on clear, honest open communication,

integrity and good old fashioned customer service and satisfaction.
